THE IRISH REINDEER
Delivery within 7 business Days
December 25th was fast approaching. The hopes and dreams of every child in the world were in jeopardy... An ordinary couple from Ireland planned to send their reindeer to help. Could Seamróg, Brídóg, Seanóg, Colleen. Páidín, Réaltín, Nóirín, Oisín, Neidín and Olive replace Rudolf and his magic team and save Christmas? And so begins this wonderful adventure.
The buzz that Peter Grogan got from teaching young children has been replaced by writing for them. Former teacher Peter invites his readers to join him on an exciting Christmas journey. He saw his teaching career as an adventure. Everyday was different. “My job was that of a friendly entertainer, enticing children to learn almost unknown to themselves.”
Peter hails from County Kerry and has lived in Dublin all his adult life. He is married with two children. He loves his music, radio broadcasting, his golf and his gardening. Since his teens he has been scribbling poems, songs and parodies to keep himself and others (hopefully) amused. He is as enthusiastic as ever about his first venture as a childrens’ author.
“The thought of a young reader not wanting to put my book down- WOW that’s an honour!”
Illustrator Elias Bey has been drawing, painting and doodling his entire life. Born in the historic centre of Bruges in Belgium, he has always been inspired by its whimsical scenery. Elias started illustrating and drawing seriously during his studies to become an architect. He obtained a wide range of skills built up over years of exposure to various academic environments, architectural design practices and its accompanying technologies. Participating in international study ventures in Aarhus, Santiago, New York City and Brussels as well as Elias’ extensive travels all over the world have had a significant influence over his work.
"I intend to continue being part of an international atmosphere and learn more about the worlds most vibrant places ( like Ireland! ) . The goal is, with diligence and passion, to create outstanding projects one step at a time. Be it children’s books or great buildings!"
